Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

All rentals include basic Collision Damage Waiver which limits your financial liability in case of damage to the vehicle. The excess amount varies by vehicle category:

• Economy/Compact: €500
• Sedan/SUV: €800
• Luxury/Convertible: €1,500

Theft Protection (TP)

Included in all rentals. Limits your liability in case of theft to the same excess amounts as CDW.

Super CDW (Optional)

Reduce your excess to €0 for an additional €12–€25/day depending on vehicle category.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Optional coverage for driver and passengers. €5/day covers medical expenses up to €30,000.

Full-to-Full Policy

You receive the vehicle with a full tank and are expected to return it full. If not returned full, a refueling charge applies:

• Refueling service fee: €25 + fuel cost at market rate
• Market fuel prices may vary; check current rates at pickup

Electric Vehicles

Electric vehicles are provided with a full charge. Please return with at least 80% charge. A charging fee of €30 applies if returned below 50%.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Debit cards: Accepted with an additional deposit
• Cash payments are not accepted for the rental itself

Security Deposit

A security deposit is blocked on your credit card at the time of pickup:

• Economy/Compact: €500
• Sedan/SUV: €1,000
• Luxury/Convertible: €2,000

The deposit is released within 7–14 business days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years (25 for luxury and convertible)
• Valid driving licence held for at least 1 year
• International Driving Permit (IDP) required for non-EU licences
• Valid passport or national ID card

Geographic Restrictions

• Vehicles may only be driven within Cyprus unless prior written consent is obtained
• Unpaved roads and off-road driving are not covered by insurance

Mileage

All rentals include unlimited mileage.

Free Cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup: 1 day's rental charge applies.

No Show

If you do not collect the vehicle without cancelling, the full rental amount will be charged.

Amendments

• Date/time changes: Free if made 24+ hours before pickup
• Vehicle upgrades: Subject to availability, price difference applies
• Extension of rental: Contact us before the scheduled return time

• Late return: Up to 1 hour grace period. After that, €20/hour up to 3 hours. Beyond 3 hours, a full extra day is charged.
• One-way fee: €50–€150 depending on drop-off location.
• Out-of-hours pickup/return: €30 surcharge (before 08:00 or after 20:00).
• Young driver surcharge: €10/day for drivers aged 21–24.
• Traffic fines: Administrative fee of €25 per fine + fine amount.

Pickup & Return

Vehicles can be picked up and returned at any of our branch locations during operating hours.

After-Hours Returns

Key drop boxes are available at all locations for after-hours returns. Please park in the designated area and drop the keys in the secure box.
