1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our car rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

A rental agreement is formed when you complete a booking through our website or at one of our locations. The agreement is subject to these terms, the specific rental conditions stated at the time of booking, and applicable local laws.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a vehicle.
• A valid driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year is required.
• A credit or debit card in the renter's name is required for the security deposit.

3. Booking & Payments

All prices displayed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of booking for online reservations, or upon vehicle collection for pay-on-site reservations.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Additional charges may apply for extras, insurance upgrades, fuel, and late returns.
• A security deposit will be held and released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

5. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Sub-letting or lending the vehicle to unauthorised drivers.
• Using the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
• Transporting hazardous materials.
• Crossing international borders without prior written consent.

6. Insurance & Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included in all rentals. Additional protection plans are available at booking. The renter remains responsible for any damage not covered by the chosen insurance plan, up to the stated excess amount.

7. Vehicle Return

Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location, at the agreed time, in the same condition as collected. Late returns will incur additional daily charges. The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level unless a prepaid fuel option was purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
